Barley Grass Bar is a mobile bar caravan setup that can be utilised in any number of ways to cater to your event.  Whether it be a birthday, a wedding, a party or just a good old fashioned backyard BBQ,  we can serve alcohol, juice, smoothies, coffees, slushies or cocktails to your thirsty crew! We then turn on the speakers / lights and become a DJ booth!

A 8ft (2.44cm) x 6ft (1.83) caravan bar, it is small enough to fit almost anywhere and with mainline power (via external 240V plug with a 15A > 10A converter), it is versatile to service backyards to big venues.

Combine our lawn games make for an excellent backyard party.  How about a wedding reception with a giant guess who or scrabble game?

 This tidy little caravan is the perfect addition to your intimate event and with bartenders, polysafe drinkware, customised cocktails (and signs!) and lawn games, the possibilities are endless. 

With custom speakers and a keg system currently being built out to compliment an already existing neon + LED light setup, plumbed sink, ice bath, fridge etc, this little van will surprise you!

Leaving the food to the experts, we can organise food, venue and entertainment partners and which means we can cater from small family events to weddings to festivals!

We've worked with dairy farms, pizza shops and charcuterie table wielding geniuses!  If you've got a local favourite or prefer something fancy, we can provide the whole package.

We aim to partner with local restaurants wherever possible and are also exploring new technological innovation around food delivery and preparation.
